Henry Lucky serves as Chief Technology Officer at Triax Technologies Limited, where he leads the engineering function behind Nigeria's first licensed insurtech and fintech company. His mandate covers the full technology stack that powers Triax's regulated insurance and financial services, from core platform architecture to product delivery, security, and compliance engineering. Working closely with the Executive Chairman and the wider leadership team, Henry is responsible for translating Triax's regulatory and commercial ambitions into working, scalable software. That includes the Digital Verification System (DVS), Triax's multi-tier KYC, AML, and CFT verification platform built on Nigerian electricity distribution billing infrastructure and CAC registry data, as well as the insurance aggregation systems that connect industry associations, public institutions, and underwriters under NIIRA 2025. His remit extends across product engineering, platform reliability, cybersecurity, data governance, and the integration work that ties Triax into critical national systems such as the CAC registry, NIMC's NINAuth, and partner DisCo databases. He sets the technical standards the company holds itself to, both for the protection of customer data and the integrity of the financial transactions that move across its platforms. Beyond delivery, Henry plays a central role in shaping Triax's engineering culture, mentoring its technical teams, and ensuring that every product the company ships meets the expectations of regulators like NAICOM and the FCCPC, and the trust of every Nigerian who interacts with it.

Adetoyese Peter Segun is an accomplished financial strategist with over 15 years of experience driving fiscal growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation across the banking, telecommunications, and finance sectors. As Chief Financial Officer of Triax Technologies Ltd, Segun oversees financial planning, risk management, capital allocation, and investor relations, ensuring sustainable profitability and long-term value creation for the organization. He graduated from University of Ilorin in 2007 and is a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous professional development, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the International Business School. His career also includes senior finance roles at S&B Management and Accounting Solutions, where he built a strong reputation for data-driven decision-making, corporate financial restructuring, and cross-functional leadership. Throughout his professional journey, Segun has consistently delivered innovative financial strategies that enhance organizational performance, strengthen corporate governance, and support business expansion initiatives. Known for his analytical mindset and visionary leadership, he continues to play a key role in shaping financial excellence and strategic growth within the organizations he serves.
